I didn't think about that option as I didn't remember any mention of him going away

It snowed here most of Saturday and overnight, so it's very pretty outside, but not for travelling to number one son's for lunch, guess I will have to rustle up something from the freezer.

Well that was a cold weekend, hope you all managed to get through it OK, had my old boiler cranked up on full and only then just kept the conservatory at a just comfortable temperature. Lucky for us, bar a dusting, the snow went over us but we did have the very strong cold easterly. it's looking like a warmer week ahead.

Not up to your usual joke standard Stephen, I think I have heard of Maldon but I would be hard pressed to pinpoint it on a map.

Only a select few know John, and they have HRH status.

I will admit though that the Yorkshire countryside does look beautiful. I don't know if you have been watching the program on steam trains which is filmed in Yorkshire but the scenery is stunning.

I've now got to have a lie down after that confession with medication and a large whiskey
