For anyone contemplating buying Carnival shares to take advantage of the shareholder OBC, now might be a good time. They fell yesterday following a downgrade from Morgan Stanley and are now £3.50 down, still over £45 but might be worth a punt, unless you think a fuel surcharge is imminent, which might push them even lower.
