I had a look on the website Merv. All looks very nice apart from the weekly maintenance fees which I thought were high, assuming I'm looking at the correct web site.

The right web site. And the fees aren't high compared to commercially available property of a similar standard. In fact in high season quite cheap. And the quality is guaranteed. We've no regrets about buying in. And you konw me and my wallet....

I don't call £300 a week cheap, and that's just one two bed property, and my wallet must be related to yours. In fact it's currently in our local hospital undergoing 'open' wallet surgery.

You try getting a high quality property on the commercial market for £300 in high season! And you get great on site facilities, including pools etc.

A couple of years back we had a lovely HPB apartment in Cornwall for about £300 and the following week paid over £1000 for a commercial one in another part of the county!
