Paying too much for your Broadband?
I just called my supplier asked for a MAC code and was offered unlimited broadband and TV for less than £2.00 a month extra. Worth the call !!!

Re: Paying too much for your Broadband?
I phoned my supplier to add the films package to my TV and he said he'd also increase my broadband from 10Mb to 30Mb.
I phoned back a few weeks later and asked to upgrade my digibox, and they also doubled my speed to 60Mb - all free of charge!

Re: Paying too much for your Broadband?
I once tried that with Sky, after many years, and threatened to leave .. they said they were sorry to see me go but offered nothing
So I cut back from the full package to the basic package and cancelled the free anytime phone calls ... plus I found out you could pay for line rental annually and save about £60 per year (over their monthly cost). The savings more than covers a couple of mobile phones and unlimited internet.
They keep trying to upgrade me to Sky HD and have even suggested that my Sky+ box is nearing the end of its life and it could be expensive if it has to be replaced ... I told them that it will be free to replace because if they don't replace it then I will simply cancel Sky completely.
