I think Ray is spot on, we should all be talking about compost, I'll start off with ;

Did you know that Sainsburys do not sell compost

and they are out stock of Lawn, weed, feed and mosskiller as well.

They offered me lawn seed. Then said they didn't have it and offered me 4 in 1 lawn treatment. Now they're not delivering that theyre sending a lawn patching kit. Any idea how you sew those on? And I didn't want bleedin' lawn seed in the first place. I'll try for compost next week..

Busy day yesterday after getting mower back from repair shop, petrol buggered up carb after winter lay up and couldn't start it £££. Any how grass cut nowand looking more tidy.

Lovely day here, have had a busy morning had my daily walk with my dog then coloured my hair (sorry Jan don't want the grey yet!) and baked a cake

Just back from mum in-laws and cutting bits off her fallen copper beach tree. Plenty of logs to be had this year, although we'll leave the big bits for someone else to have.
