I have some plants ordered on line. As soon as I receive notification of delivery I expect the monsoon season to begin.

p.s. Get the bunting out. Sainsbury's delivery day today.
Ours has just been. I put one's large plastic boxes into the garage with the doors wide open, then popped out to request that he put our delivery into the boxes. " They're in bags he replied."

Where do they get them from  ... Right, can you lower the bags into the plastic boxes, please.

All went swimmingly thereafter :)

Damn. Bunting withdrawn. Delivery delayed until tomorrow. Unspecified issue with the driver.

I remember years ago, working emergency call out for the council, we use to double up if we were going into a rough area.

Same here John - strange not to see the planes particularly in the mornings. Haven’t been out yet but it’s a bit windy - I suspect it’s not too warm :lolno:

Beautiful here as well.
It's going to be a shock to the system when things start moving again. I'm getting quite use to all this peace and quiet with just the sound of the birds and the occasional lawn mower. Not that we get that much noise apart from the main road which is about a couple hundred yards away.

Talking of roads, has anyone else noticed the odd lunatic in they're car that just comes flying out of a side road without stopping or looking on the assumption no one else is on the road. Idiots, an accident waiting to happen.
