Re: Last One to Post Wins
Getting warmer but I'm waiting a while before I go outside or I'll start to cough ... it's a dry cough ... it's nothing really ?

You probably caught it on here from Towny. He's had it you know. I'm aiming to socially distance by keeping 2 posts away from him.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Keeping one's distance from Towny does have merit, I could deffo be inspired by that idea. No .... Mobietta received a text a while back from a chum, which I also read, who had an identical cough

So you can catch it by text too now! That's a worry. Mind you we had coughs back in December. Maybe we started it.

You should have no problems with that Merv, try as much as I do I cannot keep up with the number of posts you and many others churn out.Mervyn and Trish wrote: 08 May 2020, 11:41You probably caught it on here from Towny. Don't talk to me about a cough. Oh alright then do.....
I've had one for weeks. A dry intermittent one. I was going to put in for a Corona-Compo claim but it's Just about gone now.

That sounds like mine ... and another thing ... I was very warm outside doing a manually demanding job but I may need to borrow Towny's new thermometer just to be sure all is well, providing he hasn't used it yet of course.

I'd check where it's been first. One thermometer fits all up there

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Thinking of TV programmes, our Sky+ box now has only 30% capacity left after we keep loading box sets onto it. Heaven knows when we will get time to watch them all.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
We are revisiting Ashes to Ashes and also catching up with Midsomer murders where we only watched a few in the past, and a New Zealand look a like called Brokenwood Mysteries, as well as all the regular series that we watch.Manoverboard wrote: 09 May 2020, 12:59Mine's got 64% ( available ) cos there's sod all worth recording ....enjoyed Kate 'n' Koji though

We are recording ' Endeavour ' repeats on the basis that we either lost the plot or fell asleep during the first showing

Tut Tut, as we have a place at the coast, we record programs through the winter to watch during the summer when staying there, for the night's when there is not much worth watching.Manoverboard wrote: 09 May 2020, 12:59Mine's got 64% ( available ) cos there's sod all worth recording ....enjoyed Kate 'n' Koji though

So we have plenty to keep us going through lock down.
An unexpected advantage..

Not much on at all. If you have seen 'Have I got news for you', it is so flat, plus a host of repeats on all channels.
