You may be correct as the radar shows the rain down the middle of the country may go north of us.
More likely get some rain the weekend and it's needed.

The forecast here was for a 50% chance today when I looked at it last night. Now it's for a 30% chance tonight and 20% tomorrow. I suppose 30+20=50!
