Having spent all day listening to on hold phone messages I can tell you it's easier to add a new fridge to a service plan than it is to book a blood test. I just hope the test is negative or I'll be dead before I get it. Not Covid by the way. But at least the fridge will get repaired if it breaks.

I know the feeling, I've been waiting for an ECG for at least two months now. Nothing serious just a precautionary measure to cover the doctors back side. Just as well, as you said Merv we'd be dead if it was serious.

I finally got through. After waiting hours and being cut off three times. I have an appointment for 9th July. I'll double check but I think it's this year.

I have to turn up no more than 1 min early and wear a face covering. I'm thinking of a bucket with holes cut to see through. I wore my balaclava to Sainsburys and they called the police.

All clear ;)

We are aware-ish of the recent chicken issue that impacted Asda but thought it related only to fresh chicken. Our three items were all different ... fresh Chicken Breasts + a couple of Charlie Bighams Currys + a processed pack of Firecracker Mini Fillets for one's salad.

Did anybody else order but receive their chicken I wonder ?

We ordered pork this week and it's coming. The only thing missing is a solar powered decorative light to replace one in the garden what broke.

Good grief you Southerners can even ruin a Fish and Chip dinner, baked beans how absolutely awful.

On Gt Yarmouth market you could get jot and chitterlings from the butcher and then add them to your chips. Will see if after the lockdown the butcher still sells them when we feel safer to visit again.
