That "bit of kit" doesn't look to have changed much since the 1940s, it looks a bit like something resistance fighters would have had when they parachuted into France. :o

It's very clever. Little mixer, of which I'm only using the microphone channel, studio quality audio sent one way and clean feed the other (clean feed is everything the studio is doing except me to avoid feed back). Also has talkback, so we can talk to each other off air when the music in playing. And all done via a high quality 4G router. Just a little delay but we can cope with that.

Quite a lot like the resistance kit! But I wouldn't want to parachute anywhere with this lot. All folds into a very heavy flightcase!
