Sat outside - cool now but it’s been scorching here today - it has been unbearable at times especially while cooking for the family (they are going home tomorrow - I need the rest)

We had one overnight! Heavy rain, thunder and lightning lasted nearly all night. Stopped about 6am. Haven't been out yet but I can safely say I'll need my wellies on for my dogs walk

We are due a storm later followed by more plus a week of rain but also a temperature drop of TEN degrees

Last night we were treated to an amazing sight - lightning lighting up the sky for hours but no thunder could be heard and we didn’t have any rain. It was the hottest night we have experienced - unbearable

My son and family have just left so lots to do now - if only I had the energy
