Tomorrow's starter has arrived. This morning two lobsters were trying to workout how to escape from a lobster pot, they are now residing in our fridge. No curry for us.

I will have to take your word for it Moby. Would like to try before I cook one up.
The fisherman is a friend, and even at half price these things are not cheap.
Maybe I'll look for some frozen cheap lobster in Poundland and give it a try. 👍

The same for us this year but we had to source frozen and dry goods in case there were shortfalls with our online deliveries, shopping for us being a no-no of course.

Apparently there is. We walked round to our local shop for the lotto ticket for tonight and was asked if we wanted the paper as well. But as we have the tv viewing for next week as well from last Saturday paper we didn’t need it.

Yes Stephen is right and Thursdays Mail did make various comments about what would be included in Boxing days paper.
Anyway no answer on our newsagents phone, so I assume the family will have gone to Leicester for Xmas to be with the wider family. I don't object to them having a day off occasionally, but it would be nice if they gave us notice.
