Just been for a walk, and it's more like winter out there. It must be one of the coldest Aprils for a very long time.
That's global warming for you.

We took the car out for a decent walk run along the country lanes ... blue skies, no one about but as cold as cold could be.

Just mentioned that to the missus, her eyes lit up, no doubt it's now on the breakfast menu.

Now you just have to decide if you want to cut a banana in half and then split it lengthways into two slices per round of toast ... or to cut it in half and then fold it over for each slice ... or to cut the banana into rings and the toast in half. Decisions, decisions :?

Enjoy

I do not know if Stephen watched 'look east' last night, but they had a story on Beach Huts around our local coast. A hut went for £200,000+ at Southwold, amazing. At the end of the day, they are only glorified garden sheds, but to get one facing the sea, that's what people are willing to pay.
The presenter did mention about a beach hut over in that thar Darsett, it went for £330, 000!!!!!

No, I didn’t see it Ray. But yes, I expect they go for a fortune wherever they are. We were in Frinton a couple of years back and got talking to someone about the beach huts there, I can’t remember the prices they could sell for but they were silly money, as you say, for what basically is just a shed. But there’s always someone with deep pockets who’s willing to shell out for one. I’m not one of them. I suspect what also keeps the prices high is they very rarely come onto the market.
