My son taught Mark Selby when he was living in Leicester. He was a very quiet boy and in his last year hardly attended school - he was busy practising on the snooker table !!!

I was relaying what my wife had read out of the Mail, but it seems it was incorrect.

That's unusual for the Daily Email, to be incorrect. Who'd have thought. :moresarcasm: :sarcasm:

Been watching the snooker. Unless Shaun pulls something out of the bag it looks odds on favourite for Mark to lift the trophy.

Trish is about as interested in footie as me so doesn't read the sports pages to me. But they are handy for lining our kitchen food waste bin.

We don't bother as there's not enough waste to warrant an indoor food dustbin

We're not allowed to! Newspaper is the recommendation. Or nothing. But then the bin gets very messy.

We don't get much, But I can't be bothered to go out in the rain and hail every time we have an apple core, banana skin or tea bag to recycle. So the little bin it is and that gets emptied into the big one a couple of times a week between gales.

I am struggling to think what an apple core, banana skin or tea bag could be recycled into.🤔
Far better to compost it. 😇👍

I had a word with Mobietta, she says she'll stick with the bin as the idea of having a compost heap in the kitchen simply doesn't appeal  .

Yes that's the bin I meant. Round here it gets recycled into energy
