We could have voted for someone we have never heard of who would do absolutely nothing to improve the Policing in this County so we didn't bother going, apart from that it is raining

We voted for the London Mayor. There was two people before me and while I was there there must have been at least six others come in. Never seen the Polling Station so busy.

Same here.
If they can’t be arsed to come door to door and make some sort of attempt for your vote then why should I vote for some anon.

with a name like that and mentioning Palace somewhere else in here , you must live near me!Bensham33 wrote: 06 May 2021, 13:30We voted for the London Mayor. There was two people before me and while I was there there must have been at least six others come in. Never seen the Polling Station so busy.
Went to Selhurst Park for our jabs this week!
I have a postal vote (in protest at them moving our polling station a mile away uphill!), but OH went to vote in person. He said the tellers were delighted to see him so they had someone to talk to!
Waiting for a Croydon local election to see if the lot who bankrupted the borough get back in again - praps it's next year?
