Does anybody remember Howard? He was a really nice chap whom we lost from the P&O forum. If anybody is in touch with him could we get him back on here?

I think Shirley and George were mentioned several times in the early days and I know they went on DTM's list for P&O Admin to mail, I wonder if they ever e-mailed people for us, I'm thinking probably not because I'm almost sure Xmas Lisa was on the list too and she didn't know about us.

It is probably true to say that not ' everybody ' missed you, nor indeed anybody else for that matter, but we do genuinely wish that we had ALL the ex P&O Members posting on this site ... and it is certainly a great shame that we have been unable to locate everybody to give them the option of being a Member or not.

I don't think so Mob. this one's too good looking!!! :D

The one I was thinking about left the P&O site, probably due to some of the spats we had with a certain person. I met him and his wife on a cruise and they were lovely people. I was sorry to see him leave but no matter what we said he had made his mind up.

I agree about Dame Shirley. Maybe if someone knows them...............

Spanishlady, I noticed you were missing and I'm glad you found us, albeit later.

Found you all! Thanks to the person who posted a link on the Cruise Critic site or I would never have known about this forum.
Slightly different user name as there were insufficient characters in the old one. But great to be here and I look forward to some lively banter!

Welcome Ann, just pass the link on to anyone you might be in contact with from the old forum, it's been lovely over the last week or so to see some "old regulars" appear

Hi everyone, nice to find this forum (so much better and more user-friendly than the old one). I wasn't a regular poster in the P&O one, but I liked popping in now and again and found the forum to be a mine of useful information.

Now I just need to work out how to add a photo as my avatar, every one I try to upload is apparently too big :( Any hints gratefully received!

I have just booked my next cruise (Ventura, 18th August), left it late this year, hoping to book a Getaway fare ... only to find that anyone who needs a three or four berth cabin is completely excluded from Getaway Fares! Single travellers as well, I understand. Gutted!

Looking forward to finding my way around this forum, and seeing you all here!
