No shame in enjoying Gavin and Stacey Ray - I enjoy it too especially being local - I live about 45 minutes from Barry Island - the publicity has certainly put it on the map. My son who teaches in the north-west has so many pupils who knowing he’s Welsh ask him about Barry - he teaches geography so that’s one place in wales they’ve heard of
