If P&O have the best Customer Service then I would hate to think what other cruise line's Customer Service is like. In my experience every other cruise line I have dealt with, either by phone or email, has far better service - perhaps I have been lucky!

As an aside, Carnival has just increased thier service charge on drinks in the bars and other guest services by a good margin.
