Missing peninsular club discount
I recently returned from a 14 nighter on Arcadia and did not get the %age discount on my onboard spend after my onboard credit was deducted. I emailed the peninsular club and they say I have to contact the 'onboard accounts team' in writing. They omitted to give me the address though. A search of the P&O site merely directs me back to the peninsular club.
Is the address at P&O HQ or is it onboard the ship? Does anyone know? does anyone care?
I do know that my peninsular number is on my booking details

I would mail them back and ask for an address of who to contact, you could of course contact your cc company once you receive your account and tell them the amount is in dispute and they should take the amount back from P&O until it is resolved, it wouldn't hurt to tell P&O this is your intention it might spur them into resolving the issue quickly.

Without wishing to put my foot in it - I always think that it is a good idea to periodically check the on board account during a cruise, not only to make sure there are no transactions that shouldnt be there but also to make sure that the proper reductions are being made with relation to discounts.
I got caught out once with a payment that was charged to my credit card after I had left the ship by the new passenger in my cabin. Since then I have always been on the ball as best as possible.

Good advice about checking the account. I did in fact do so half way through the cruise but at that point had not exhausted the on board credit. Arcadia did not have any interactive TV like Ventura where you could check your account 'online'.
The peninsular club have now provided a contact address and i will have to provide copies of the onboard acccount sheets plus the original invoice to prove that my peninsular club number was on it. It is a good idea to make sure they know you are a member!.
