Old ladies (usually) who stop in shop doorways to put away their purse or bodies drifting aimlessly around the supermarket aisles on their mobiles are an irritation but I tell myself life is too short to get annoyed and just wait patiently until they wake up.
You're right Foxy, life is too short. And you could die waiting behind some of the dears day-dreaming in our supermarket aisles. Thinking of asking for a trolley with a snow plough on the front!
Supermarket Tip ... go at 08:15 on a Saturday morning and you'll probably be the only one there but go at 11:30 and it will be as busy as Hell.
WOW
I actually think pensioners (including me) should be banned from supermarkets on Saturday mornings. We've got the rest of the week to go so why clutter up the place when those who work in the week and have no choice have to do their shopping? I thought it when I was that worker and I still think it now
If we go on a Friday the car park is full and the place is absolutely heaving ... and if we go on Thursday then the veg have gone past their best by Sunday
Early Saturday or Sunday mornings works very well for us, especially if Mobietta goes and I stay in bed watching TV on a cold Winter's morning

Well that's okay because from what I heard Mobietta is far younger than you, so she gets under the age bar. Another excuse for you to stay in bed.
By the way, until you mentioned it I hadn't realised that Saturday and Sunday had early mornings.
Talking of supermarkets, people who just leave their trolley and wander off looking for stuff.
I usually just drop an item in as I move it out of the way

Just as long as it's something nice I'd be more than happy. I often slip something nice and chocolatey in the trolley. When we get to the checkout Mrs Bluefox will always ask where it's come from. I always blame 'Bloody kids!'

Sorry cant guarantee that depends what aisle its in
Do these geeks that design packaging ever try to open it? Obviously not otherwise we would be able to open it.
And don't get me started on toiletries. Have you ever tried opening some of them when you are half way through your ablutions and you don't have your glasses on?

I hope you don't use M&S and Tesco John otherwise I will know who to blame

Both of those so I will keep an eye open for your lonely trolley
Those who fill their water bottles from the water dispenser in the buffet restaurant despite notices telling them not to. Little wonder we get norovirus onboard.
Motorists driving along oblivious that their indicators are still flashing.
I used to get cross with motorcyclists who do that. Now I've joined their ranks, I find that the off switch isn't the easiest thing to operate and there are other things to concentrate on.....
Enclosures. Every time you open a Sunday magazine a file of leaflets fall out. Straight in the recycling.
Don't get me started on leaflets that come through the door, despite a prominent sign saying I don't want them.
If the Postman brings it then you can ' Opt Out ' of these deliveries.
Quite right - and also http://www.dmachoice.org for rubbish delivered by others. Please note that these opt-outs only last for two years, so you'll need to diarise to renew them.
Sorry about that - I was in a rush and obviously picked the wrong one. MPS is for addressed mail - there is a Direct Marketing Association for leaflet drops which operates an opt-out service. Email your name and address to yourchoice@dma.org.uk. Seehttp://www.stopjunkmail.org.uk/guide/default.php for further tips.
However, not everyone signs up to it so it won't stop all flyers being delivered. Also, some delivery organisations employ people who can't read, and others just ignore your request.
Cyclists - when I'm driving they are on the road, and when I'm walking they are on the pavement! I recently had the misfortune to have to drive through the centre of Bristol for four days at rush hour. Without exception the hold ups were other vehicles not being able to overtake the cyclists. I don't know what the answer is, and I guess they are entitled to use the roads, but believe me, it causes more than a little frustration

I saw that too!!!Why do some people think the rules do not apply to them.
Also on the ship people sleeping or reading in the Crow’s Nest with their feet on the seat opposite ( I don’t care if you take your shoes off! Have you seen the state of your feet YUK!)
People behind me in the queue to get on or off the ship who lean over me to give their card to security so they can push in front of me.
