Excellent for a short cruise thanks cubie, but it was very tempting to take the CC out and stay on board for the fjords - unfortunately I need to work now to fund the next one!!

That's good. I can't quite make me mind up about these short break cruises. We did one on Azura in April which was an excellent taster for the ship but at only 3 days it was really hard to have to leave just when we had become settled. Mind you, I found the same after a week on Oriana a while back so perhaps I am just greedy !

See the point - Ours was a 5day break an didn't feel much different to a 7 day cruise. Also we had 2 sea days so it didn't feel like a rush for ports. It also fitted in nicely with a few business and personal things. Don't think I'd like any shorter though - especially as we have to drive down from the North West and Mrs MM thinks this wouldn't be worthwhile for any less.

Off for a 14 nighter 3 weeks on Sunday (not that I am counting the days or anything) - that will suit me well ! I'll probably be bleating that isn't long enough when I get back. Just no pleasing some folk !
