I had a very pleasant evening. Had my dinner, watched three episodes of The Equalizer, read the forum, then spent some time with the Lady C when she got back from work.

I've got a bit of housework to do this morning, probably phone my mum, do a bit more on the file structuring for work, then we've got a wedding to go to later this afternoon.

How did your evening go? We went out for a formal do - the first time I have worn my DJ ashore!

It was good, thanks, AM, if a tad noisy ! Basically it was a meal for family and friends in a private room at a gastro-pub but I was driving due to having to work this morning. I got to take the birthday girl's aunt and granny home afterwards !!

The do we went to turned out to have a 1940s theme, with lots of wartime songs. I have to admit that although I was born in the decade after WWII I still knew most of the songs by heart.
