Well, actually, dear heart, I decided to treat myself and I've just come back from the local butty shop bearing a small salad box containing some leaves, medium-cooked cow, cucumber, two types of coleslaw, humous and assorted seeds, together with a bag of jalapeno crisps and a chunk of banana cake. The crisps are very hot!!
