P & O Cruise personaliser

Is anybody else having difficulty accessing their account on the P & O Website. Been tryng for a week now, a message comes up - saying try again later. We need to pay our balance off soon, wonder if it will miraculously work then!!!

I had no problems at all on the 21st July which was a change, following final payment, to an excursion which was booked earlier and prior to making the final payment.

Interestingly, my husband can get in under his name, but I can't. Are they trying to tell me something!!!!!

Try again and make double / treble sure that all the letters and numbers are correct, inc being case sensitive as required.
