Afternoon losers.

The engineers apparently don't need to kill the network, they're installing the new wiring, then swapping leads from the PCs to the new sockets before ripping out the old wiring. So less disruption than previously thought.

As for the scanning, haven't had much opportunity to do a great deal of that for a couple of weeks - first week of the month is always busy getting our distribution of money around the world sorted, hindered by a change in criteria, which necessitated simultaneous amendments to spreadsheets. Now it's annual report time so I'm busy labelling, stuffing and franking 1500 envelopes.

Hopefully will get back to the scanner next week.

We've got nowhere to put an OJ, mate, and we've just had a major down-sizing in staff - we're now two full-time and two part-time. Still, it gives me a break from database management and PowerPoint presentations!
