Yes, we get a lot of them around Oxford and I always find them to be very pleasant and polite, often too much so. Only thing is, as a nation, they seem to have the wierdest dress sense and walking around the streets is a constant source of amusement !

I've noticed that, but these guys were fairly sensibly dressed. There was much ceremonial bowing and scraping though!
