Incidentally, I keep meaning to ask... how's the no-smoking going?

the non smoking is going well, I have had to adopt a new strategy for the e cigs, otherwise you end up using it more than ever
so I have now stopped using it ion the car and I am trying to cut down on the in-house usage and only use it when I need a jolt and not all the time
