Oh I wish they had shown pics of the interior :roll:

Is that a good price for the Oxford area, what would you expect to pay for a similar property ( modernised ) someone might just get a bargain :thumbup:

A bargain.

Spend £1.50 and make it look like a show house as they do in 'homes under the hammer' and sell for a small fortune.

They were doing OK until
... and is priced accordingly

You would probably pay £200,000 or maybe a bit more for something like that in good nick, DQ

It reminds me of the chap advertising a motor bike for sale which include something along the lines of
