It's quiet on here tonight. Perhaps you've all finally cottoned on to the fact that I am the leader.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Just got back from shopping at Asda. You have to keep your wits about you because of their weird pricing structure.
For instance, they had twin 350g packs of Cathedral City cheese on 'Roll back': - normal price £6.80, now at £5.00.
A good deal? Well, not exactly, as the single 350g packs of Cathedral City were selling at a 'normal' price (i.e.not advertised as a special offer) of £2.00 each!
I suppose it must make sense to somebody.............!

Had the same experience in Tesco's the other day Notso - Twinings English Breakfast tea bags £3 for 80 or bargain 160 for £6.80 - sorry but how many people are taken in by this sort of marketing - you know us OAPs have to watch the pennies

My point exactly. The likes of your good self and Batty expend a lot of time and effort trying to lead LOTP, and yet only spend brief periods in the lead. But to others of us, it just comes naturally.Silver_Shiney wrote:haven't got time for a tenure of any length, notso, too busy staying in front!
