Hi Maureen,

We still have some chocolate in the house from Brighton and some one has to eat it.

Must do better. :D

If we all keep on gaining weight, we may have to rename this thread 'Need a Winch Diet'

DK, That is cheating but I like it. I think when your clothes fit comfortably you are doing ok. At least a lady can wear something loose and it hides those bits best hidden.

Oh No I wont
unlike the rest of the weebles on here, my aim is to put weight on and lots of it, so whilst you lot strain to lose an ounce or two, I will be eating like a starving wolf at an all you can eat buffet

Perhaps the 'Need a Winch Diet' would be more appropriate then.

Now down to 11st 11lb - that's a loss of one and a half pounds over the week and follows a hearty Indian meal and two large glasses of wine last night, with very little walking over the week.

Hi pinchers,

Oh dear!.... l knew l shouldn't have left you all alone this past couple of weeks.. Having looked back over recent posts it would seem you've all (Mr shinney being the exception, well done Alan) been stuffing yourselves silly.....well l hope this weeks weigh in sees some improvment on last weeks weigh in....lets face it that shouldn't be to difficult should it?

Having attended two parties last weekend l was expecting the scales to tip in the wrong direction,....thankfully the damage only amounted to a 2 lb weight gain which wasn't to bad when l consider how much l stuffed down my neck. Having jumped on to the scales this morning l'm delighted to see l've lost those 2 lbs plus 1 extra lb so l'm now weighing in at 12.stone 8lbs which equates to losing 16 lbs since the start of my diet. :D

Met up with my sister last week and her first words were...."my gawd you aint half lost some weight" she's always been my favorite sister but please don't tell my other sister l've said that.

Well pinchers l should have a llttle more time on my hands now that l'm back on my feet so l shall be keeping a closer eye on you over the coming weeks.

Stay strong pinchers.

And remember...." crisps and nuts create bigger butts"

Regards

Keith

Glad to see you back, Keith. Thought you had wasted away completely - hardly a squeak out of you recently. Well done on your weight loss. Isn't it a great feeling when someone who hasn't seen you for a while notices a big difference in you.

Down 4 ounces on last week at 145 lbs 4 ounces after a very up and down week. Luckily, the weather is now a bit better so hopefully will be able to get out and walk more. Need to walk off last night's fish and chip supper, ice cream and 2 glasses of wine

Hope it is a good weigh in for everyone.

Good morning pinchers.

And what a beautiful morning it is here in leafy Worcestershire...hope the sun is shining for you also. Well Maureen has set a trend that l hope will be emulated by my other pinchers....well done Maureen, with a little more effort you will soon turn those ounces into pounds

I'm just about to take the mutt out for her morning walk so l'll check in later to see how you have all done.

Stay strong pinchers

Regards

Keith
