How is it than when NatWest decide to simplify their accounts it makes life more complicated for me? And how come when they have pre-approved us for a super deluxe credit card with all the bells and whistles and which assumes we have an income more than twice our actual, we have to fill in a form and be credit checked for a lesser card that meets all our needs and matches our actual income, which they know full well because it is paid into our account every month? I came within a minute of changing banks yesterday.
