Hello Cubie, you've missed nothing, only the old bat banging on about France and Jeremy Kyle again. The little snob has gone to Waitrose today

You girlies - always squabbling !Dark Knight wrote:nope you missed nowt, only HK denying she is a cheese eating surrender monkey ,who spends all day watching mind numbing soaps and Jeremy Kylie and for some odd reason , the mad old dear seems to think Birmingham is in Lancashire?
apparently she sees more of her relatives on JK than in real life??![]()
how was your wekend matey, all veggies and flowers no doubt?
anywho it is lunchtime and waitrose came up trumps in the old butty department
Just about on the button for my weekend - managed to get a bit of digging done at the allotment and then planted my garlic and winter onions, put in some new plants at home, picked a shedload of veg and then ate them! At least I'll get a rest next weekend - we are off to stay with some cruising friends for a day or two.
Had my dinner already - a platefull of Parma with our own tomatoes and cucumber

I very rarely have a pre-prandial. For that matter, I don't often have a post-prandial, either. And I gave up trying to climb the social scale many years ago after seeing some of the people who were already there. I'm choosy about who I keep company with. Which, of course, is why I'm here

there speaks the voice of experience and, as it's lunchtime and there are ladies present, we'll not explore that one any further.

Up your bum Batty, and btw there's no such thing as 'gourmet' sausages, you're still eating bits of eyeball and testicle.

If that is what you are eating rather than the scrapings from the slaughterhouse floor, then that is the 'gourmet' variety.HK phooey wrote:Up your bum Batty, and btw there's no such thing as 'gourmet' sausages, you're still eating bits of eyeball and testicle.

You don't often grace us with your presence, Ken. Have you come down to see what the serfs and peasants are up to?

cheese monkey
as you think the height of gourmet dining is road kill ,less than a month old and with not to much tyre damage, I doubt you would know gourmet food if it fell on your head ?
A dead seagull and a squashed ferret are not gordon blue you know

DK, I keep offering to clothe her chickens in a nice, comforting lemon and honey sauce, but for some reason, my hospitality is rebuffed.
