What a difference a few days makes.

A few days back in a Cunard FB group.

"I never book flights with Cunard. Such a rip off. Always book my own."

Today.

"My life is ruined. My flights were cancelled because of the IT problem. I can't find replacements. I'm going to miss my once in a lifetime cruise. Cunard are no help at all."

"So did you book your flights through Cunard?"

"No."

So when you booked your flights did you allow for unexpected events and give yourself some "wiggle room"?

Guess the answer is in the negative.

Did you take out travel insurance to cover for such eventualities?

Some people should not be allowed to travel!
