Best shower towel/sheets

Having just cruised with Cunard & Marella I thought that the ones supplied by Marella were a bit bigger and better than the ones on Cunard.
It got me to thinking.....has any cruise line surprised anyone with the size and quality of their shower towels/sheets ?

Are the ones on Azamara / Holland America better than the ones on Norwegian or Princess
Are the ones on P&O/Royal Caribbean better than those on Celebrity or Princess

Do passengers in Suites get a better bath towel than those in ordinary staterooms ?
I was in a Club Britannia stateroom on Cunard so I'm wondering if they have better towels as a Queens Grill passenger ?

Its just a fun question really but was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts about shower towels supplied ?

If they do then I would not want to be in steerage as I would need about half a dozen to dry myself on.

Cunard bath towels leave a lot to be desired, in my opinion. From memory neither P&O nor Princess are significantly any better.

I think P&O currently have the biggest bath sheets on our limited range of cruise lines, and they do seem to replace them frequently, I rarely see very thin worn out ones, but they only have tiny hand towels. Princess bath sheets are disappointingly small, but conversely their hand towels are bigger. It's a while since we were on Celebrity and Royal Carribean, but I think they were similar to Princess.

I find they bring out the nice towels for when you first board then they tend to go downhill a bit when changed.

Obviously your cabin steward knows who to give the soft warm towels to and who gets the crapy ones

Occasionally on a cruise when I see someone who is Ultra Large ( putting it politely I hope ) I do wonder how they cope with some of the small showers on some ships and how they manage with just one shower towel .....I guess they must ask for an extra one or maybe they use the big sheets provided for swimming pool use.
