Wasn't keen on Azura. Too little natural light made it like cruising on a submarine. Many like her but just not for me. :(

Your right about having more natural light ......but right now I'm really tempted for a last minute cruise on her to Canaries
£649 ocean view stateroom with flights and tips included seems like a pretty good deal....leaving on Saturday 8th Feb
As I said I'm thinking about this ....negatives = 2 sea days...I would prefer one sea day

It was the atrium on Oceana that I thought breathtaking.

Oceana is still laid up in Greece at Patras by it's owners, other than a ferry no future for her yet.
And I'm sure you all know she is now MV Queen of the Oceans.

One of our favourite ships and that of her sister Adonia, glitzy and modern. Adonia had the 'All That Jazz', a lovely bar . Still, time moves on and we must go along with it.

She was a lovely ship in her day but was looking rather tired the last time we were on her. We used to be particularly fond of Cafe Jardin until they converted it to something else.
In its day iwas truly glitzy.

My first P&O cruise was a 3 night one from Southampton on Azura a couple of years after she was built. Short cruise but really good
Then my second cruise on Azura last year in April from Valletta Malta which was also enjoyable

I would have liked to have cruised on the old Oceana & Adonia .....I didn't realise they were originally Princess ships

Cruised on Oceana once, wasn’t my cup of tea. Attended Adonia naming ceremony but didn’t cruise on her. We are on Azura again in June to the med.

Great cinema on Azura in the bar lounge if you don't mind peering around a curtain and putting up with a trail of people passing through as it's on a main thoroughfare.
