Then try clearing your browser cache

New information has appeared in Cruise Personalisers

Smoking will not be permitted in cabins, including on your private cabin balcony with effect from 29 April 2014 on Adonia, 13 April 2014 on Arcadia, 24 April 2014 on Aurora, 4 April 2014 on Azura, 5 April 2014 on Oceana, 18 April 2014 on Oriana, and 26 March 2014 on Ventura.

As of now, the How Can We Help, on the P&O website, has not been altered to reflect the policy change
