Hello, my husband and I we booked ourselves on this cruise today to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Is anyone else sailing on this date?

Hi Lynda,

Hubby and I are on this one too. OH has not been on Azura before and I have only done a couple of short breaks on her. Up til now we have cruised together on the mid-sized ships - so looking forward to experiencing a larger ship this year.

Less than 10 weeks to go - I'm never going to lose enough weight to get into my frocks!!

Hello

Know what you mean Michelle I still haven't lost the weight I put on from our cruise on Aurora last summer.

There is a get together being set up by Dai for this cruise. Details will be put on Cruisecritic the week before we sail.

Hi everyone

Only 14 days to go.

Keep an eye on here for meeting updates. I shall be contacting the ship soon and I am looking to arrange a meeting on the first sea day. I shall post details here and ask that it be put in the Horizon.

As I have groups in a number of places I am going to use the name 'P&O Internet Community' I will ask for that to go in the Horizon.

More news later.

Welcome to the forum Andrew and the wonderful world of cruising. I feel sure you will have a lovely holiday. And congratulations to all those celebrating special occasions.

No news yet of a cabin so I may have to take up cornmillgirl's offer of kipping in the bath or on the balcony. Alternatively I could be making beds and cleaning bathrooms!!

Hello Andrew

We're also celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on this cruise. Our anniversary is 29th April, what date is your anniversary?

Hi everyone,
Only just thought to look at the forum to see if a meet was being arranged. We have been booked on this cruise since November and are now getting excited as it draws nearer.
We have been on Azura before and enjoyed the experience so I am sure everyone will enjoy their holiday.
It sounds like many of you are relative 'newly weds' to me as my husband and I are just approaching our 49 years anniversary with the big one next year.
Looking forward to meeting up with you all next week. Yippee

Sorted.

We have had conformation that we have our room booked for our meeting on the first sea day on Azura. We will be in the Karmala Room which is on F deck between Brodie's and the Playhouse Theatre. Just in front of the forward staircase and lifts. Our meet is set for 11.00 on the 20th and we are on the Starboard side. That's to the right looking forward.

News of the get together will be in the Horizon for that day hopefully under the heading "P&O Internet Community"

It will be great to see everyone there.

If you had forgot it is only 10 to go :) :) :)

John I am easily spotted. I am the one on the mobility scooter. 8-)

On the first night, Saturday I will be at the bar in the Glass House. Sat at the bar. In fact I will be there most, if not all evenings.
