Hot news from down here in the Garden of England is that our local Thomas Cook in Fremlins Walk (the up-market mall) is closing for a re-fit and re-opening as a 'Cruise Centre'

I hope they've got better administrative skills than their specialist call centre - it took several attempts for them to get my name right. In the end, I contacted P&O and asked them to cut TC out of the chain for my booking.
