P&O Up To Their "Old Tricks"
On our Aurora cruise I removed the auto tips as I was paying tips in cash (more than the auto tip amount). I duly completed to form on the first sea day (along with what appeared to be the majority of passengers judging by the pile of completed forms).
A couple of days later I checked my account to ensure that the auto tips had been removed, which they had.
Upon checking my account on the morning of disembarkation the auto tip service charge had been added back on so I was straight down to reception when it was removed - just have to check my credit card account to make sure it has been removed.

I should also add that when we boarded they too two amounts of £100. Now I know that they do a pre-authorisation but I thought that it was one amount of £50.
I know it is not a big deal as we spent well over £200.

Conspiracy or cock up? Thank goodness all that cobblers end in May, when we expect to enjoy an "excellent" cruise!
