Then try clearing your browser cache

Hi Michele,

I'm on this one too!! I hope you have more success getting into your Cruise Personaliser than I have. It just keeps hanging..............so infuriating.
Hopefully some time in the next 3 months I will be able to get in and check that all details are correct and I can book trips.

We are on the cruise before you and hoping that the sewage smell I keep reading about in Azura reviews gets sorted out in the refit. We will do our best to look after the ship for you.
