P&O E brochure printing?

Unread post by Mummykins »

Has anyone been able to print out their personalised e-brochure? This is what it says on the cruise personaliser "Welcome to your personalised pre-cruise information. You will now be able to build an e-brochure tailored to your own specific holiday requirements. Whether it is finding out about and booking shore excursions, checking what visas and vaccinations you need or simply reviewing your full Holiday Itinerary; you can access information important to you at any time right up until your departure."

Whatever I tick and click on 'Create e-brochure' absolutely nothing happens. So I cannot look at anything, will it be available at all before our cruise departs on 31st May? I wont hold my breath that the IT department will sort it out. I have booked some excursions and really wanted to print out the details.

If you select ' Your excursions ' then you should be able to print each one of them out, else do it from the booking page display.

I opted NOT to produce an e-brochure in case I became a ' Green ... ' ;)
Keep smiling, it's good for your well being

I am having exactly the same problem. I have tried on numerous occasions to 'create E-Brochure' but nothing happens. I want to print out the lists of tours from each port so that David and I can sit down and choose together. Our cruise departs on 14th April, so I want to get it sorted out. Perhaps I can try some sort of 'paste and copy' method on each page of excursions.

I still cannot print anything out, when I click on an excursion that I have booked, all I get is that I have booked and paid for it, no info. I have tried clicking on everything but still no e brochure. The only way I could get the info was to logout go to the main page, find the cruise, look at the excursions and copy and paste it to my computer. Good job I only booked three excursions. I can get info on excursions that I have not booked. Think someone needs to wave a big stick and confiscate the carrots!!

Hear, hear, Mummykins! I have just printed each list of excursions per port of call. At least we can study them and make our choices.

Found the solution. The brochure is a pop up so if you have a pop up blocker active, then it will not work. Turn pop up blocker off and it works fine. Mind you whatever you select it prints out 5 pages of terms and conditions, not exactly very green of them!

"Go Green" is not green at all - it just saves P&O's printing and postage costs !

I'm going to print out the luggage labels - but I am not going to print out the ebrochure. i do have access to the internet when I am away, but I have also downloaded stuff I want, and I can take it ashore with me on the e-reader.

Fingers crossed!
