I was looking at the protocols, it was there in the entertainment section.
It says 'for a little extra' with coins.

Could it be to indicate that although it is an entertainment venue it is also a bar and that drinks have to be paid for?

Not sure about that, the other entertainment venues says included in price.!
I emailed P&O, await their response. Maybe they’re turning it into a Limelight club type.?
