May be my imagination but I don't think the vibration is half as bad as I remembered it. It is fine for a chair (although you might have to tighten up your wheel nuts a couple of times if you are eating in the MDR !!)

Absolutely no Noro on Oriana this year. I suspect that is the result of her not having had hoards of filthy passengers on board for the previous couple of weeks! Next time the Daily Wail goes off on one about a "Plague Ship" I shall feel compelled to write in defence of the ship !

Did he tip youqbman1 wrote:The refit has made a great improvement, in my opinion. The ship is much lighter and more modern-looking. The majority of work has been cosmetic with new carpets, curtains and furnishings throughout. Apparently they have refurbished the Conservatory but I never use it so I cannot comment whether or not it is better. All the public lavatories have been re-fitted - all very nice but the sensors on the taps are too high so to get any water out of them you have to have your hands above the level of the marble tops and all the water runs over the back of the basins !towny44 wrote:Have a great cruise Cubie, and try to send us some reports especially whether the refit was worthwhile.
Loads of fluff from the carpet pile and they were having to hoover it up several times a day. I did have to rescue one poor soul in a wheelchair - he was completely worn out from wheeling his chair through the thick pile so I had to push him around for a while!

You clearly do not comprehend that your dynasty has toppled, probably too much in breading like all the aristocracy.Silver_Shiney wrote:towny44 wrote:Good night all, I will take care of things now.

How is it possible to forget something that hasn't happened?

Would that be for dog walking, or is it an electric extension for the lawn mower.Silver_Shiney wrote:towny44 wrote:You tell me Shiney, you're the one having memory problems?Silver_Shiney wrote:towny44 wrote:He forgets that the Haps-Merv-Shineys have been deposed.

Nope. Try as I might, I couldn't find anything to complain about ! Entertainment was a bit naff - I would have thought they could do better than wheel out two different 4-part male harmony groups and a few of the regular has-beens in a 2 week cruise but we were invariably the last table out of the MDR every night so we hardly ever made the theatre anyway !
